In October the Paul Mitchell Schools kicked-off Caper, a retail competition for future professionals to fine-tune their sales skills with a chance to win an opportunity for advanced education in Las Vegas - all expenses paid. During Caper season Paul Mitchell launches product bag deals, that sells 2-3 products (per bag) for sale pricing. 

The Caper Experience in Las Vegas gives future professionals that attend a variety of educational opportunities that include motivation, business building, look & learn classroom, hands-on color, cutting and make up. The educators involved include some of John Paul Mitchell Systems and Paul Mitchell Schools top artists, business minds and motivators. Stephanie Kocelski, Alee Cao, Robert Cromeans & Takashi are a few of the guest artists that all of our future professionals cannot wait to learn from! Although, we did recently had the privilege of Stephanie and Alee coming to visit our school, so the future professionals got a taste of learning from them and it made the future professionals excited to see them!

In order to qualify for advanced education in Las Vegas future professionals had to sell a minimum of 45 bags. With a sales competition, especially one that strives to educate first and foremost, it is important to keep the excitement level up through out the season of the competition. In order to help keep future professionals excited about learning and about the incredible educational experience at the end we held daily/hourly contests & clinic floor prize giveaways.
