I am very happy to be able to share my experience over the last one and half years at the Paul Mitchell Dallas School. I hope that you will choose to attend the Paul Mitchell Dallas School and will have a similar experience.

My journey started Aug. 2nd, 2008 and completed Jan. 22nd, 2010 as a night student. It was the best learning experience. I met great friends, was taught by great learning leaders, and was supported by great staff members. I will always cherish this memory very close to my heart.

The owner, John Turnage, is a very tall person with a very large heart. I think of him as my father figure in the beauty industry. As I am a very curious person, I always have many questions. If I needed time to consult, he was always there to give me advice. He never told me that he was too busy to talk with me.

Ms. Linda, Ms. Brenda, and Mr. Cody ( Learning Leaders) were great mentors at the school. They were there for helping, and listening. As I am a very strong headed person, these three really had great patience to deal with me. They were always there to support and guide me and other future professionals.

I also had a opportunity to get to know some staff members. Misti was great at cheering me up and Jaynie was great at listening, especially when I was having a bad day.

I believe that any Paul Mitchell school is a great school. But the Paul Mitchell Dallas School will always be the best school in my heart. I hope you will choose to attend and have a blast as I did. - Annette, Cosmetology Graduate

Growing up I was told that asking for help was a weakness and overworking myself to death was strength. Having learned that was the right way. Growing into adulthood I often times felt like a fish in a bowl, I needed to be fed but no one could hear me, If I lived in that bowl today I would be just another dead fish in the bowl.

Being strong to me today means asking for help and not doing so is a weakness. Any successes I have had have been by the help of others and I give great credit to them.. My reward is that I was part of their successes as well. Thank you Paul Mitchell Dallas I love you so much and Cherish all the gifts you have all given me. -Nicholas, Cosmetology Graduate (originally posted on www.facebook.com/paulmitchelldallas)
